Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers excellent rooms with a great view, but the lack of air conditioning can make it very hot inside. The service is friendly and efficient, although there was an incident with staff entering the room unexpectedly. The location is wonderful, especially for cricket and rugby league fans, with plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants. The dining experience is enjoyable, but the room can get hot at night due to limited ventilation. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel is conveniently located just five minutes' walk from Headingley's bars and restaurants, making it perfect for our visit to see Big Country gig at Brudenell. The rooms had several issues, but the friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to assist. The surrounding area offers many dining options within easy reach, but the facilities were lacking in some places.
The hotel offered a spacious room with a lovely view of the cricket grounds, but encountered issues with temperature control. The staff member charged us a slightly lower rate without us questioning, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was old and uncomfortable, yet the receptionist was kind enough to relocate us to a more comfortable room.
